It is a straight band that has to meet itself around the arm, so the only thing that matters is that the printed edges are parallel and unbroken. Keep Line detail low — patterned bands aside, there is nothing in a band that benefits from detail — and set Line weight so the two edges stay separate rather than merging into one thick rule.
Print at 100% scale, cut the band out as a strip, and wrap it around the arm before transferring: that is the only way to see whether the ends meet level. Patterned bands (waves, geometry, laurel) need the pattern to repeat cleanly at the join, so check the seam on paper first. Your artist will true the line around the muscle.
