How to make an elephant tattoo stencil
An elephant's skin is texture — deep wrinkles across the trunk and around the eyes — and those wrinkles are strong enough that the converter treats them as structure. That is sometimes what you want (a few trunk lines make it read as an elephant) and sometimes not. Start by dropping Line detail to keep only the head, ear and trunk outline, then raise it a little until just enough trunk banding returns.
Ornamental elephant designs, with mandala patterning over the head and ears, are the opposite problem: that patterning is the design, and it needs to survive. Print at 100% scale and check the smallest pattern cells are still open on paper. Elephants sit well on the thigh, upper arm, shoulder blade and forearm.
