How to make a heart tattoo stencil
A heart has one strong outline and, in most designs, very little else — which makes it one of the cleanest motifs to convert. The trap is the anatomical heart: veins, ventricles and surface texture all generate edges, and at default settings you get a stencil that looks like a road map. Drop Line detail until the chambers and the main vessels survive and the surface texture drops out.
Simple hearts get tattooed small — finger, wrist, behind the ear — and small stencils need thicker lines to survive transfer, so raise Line weight before you export. Anatomical hearts want a forearm or a chest and can take the detail. Either way, print the PDF at 100% scale with no fit-to-page so the size on paper is the size on skin.
